Sourcing platform for buyers and growers
Daniels is investing heavily in developing an online sourcing platform that makes life even easier for its business relations, by providing a full-service solution. Using the Daniels Sourcing Platform, each client can indicate its requirements in terms of specific products – in this case (organic) fruit and vegetables – at any time. In response, the platform initiates a 24/7 search for products that meet those exact requirements. The user-friendly platform also makes it possible to input the client’s own specifications or the UNECE standards, to identify the available products during the specified delivery period. “Once a match is found, the order is processed fully, from loading right through to payment. The process remains full-service and hands on, as our customers expect from us. Each participant remains in real time contact with a specialist network,” concluded Daniels.
